Change at the Youth Page

For the past four and a half years, it has been my privilege to be the youth editor here at The Tablet. I have met many extraordinary teens here in our diocese, who have continuously given me a sense of peace when thinking about the future. If it’s these kids who will be in charge, I think we will all be just fine. I have followed them through natural disasters, through triumphs big and small, across state lines and even across oceans and hemispheres. But 2016 has different adventures in store for me. So although I am saddened that I will no longer regularly benefit from the never-ending energy and enthusiasm of our youth, I am delighted to announce our new youth editor, Maria-Pia Negro Chin. She is an extraordinary woman who I am sure will bring this page to new heights. She can be reached at mnegrochin@desalesmedia.org or 718-499-9705 ext. 306. As for me, well, I guess you’ll just have to keep on reading The Tablet to see where my reporter duties send me next.
