Renowned sports journalist Brandon Tierney is a fixture on CBS Sports Radio, living the dream by talking sports. Turns out his athletic career came right here in the Diocese of Brooklyn at Good Shepherd parish.

As part of its annual winter tradition, Msgr. McClancy H.S. hosted the 37th Brother Arnold Memorial Basketball Tournament Dec. 7-8. It was quite the successful weekend for the host Crusaders.

Terriers Retire Program’s First Female Number

The No. 15 jersey of former St. Francis College women’s basketball star Jeanne Zatorski will rise to the rafters – making it the first retired number for any female student-athlete in the college’s history.

Local Baseball Coaches Receive Sandlot Awards

St. Francis Prep varsity baseball coach Brother Robert Kent and Xaverian varsity baseball coach Frank Del George received outstanding coaching honors from the Greater New York Sandlot Athletic Alliance.
