Youth Views: What would you tell the people in Puerto Rico?

I have family that’s in Puerto Rico. My cousin had to move in with some of my family in California to go to school. Stay strong, you can do it. Puerto Ricans are tough. I’m Puerto Rican so I know we can do it.
