What is a virtue or value we should strive for as a country?

A virtue that the country should strive for is equality and peace because there is violence that should not exist. If the country can have peace it would be easier to compromise on decisions.

As a country we should strive to bring peace and togetherness so people don’t have to feel scared or paranoid for their safety.

In everyday life, just one person can help to achieve American virtues, like justice and freedom, by being respectful of other religions, those with different ideas and anyone who might be different from us.

As a country, I believe we should strive for forgiveness because we focus too much on revenge and pay back. We rarely forget past grievances and let go. Thus, we should sacrifice a part of our pride to be able to forgive others.
