“Light of Christ” was intoned by Deacon Emilio Arteaga during the Easter Vigil service at St. Agatha’s Church, Sunset Park. During the Liturgy of Light, Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio lit the paschal candle from the Easter fire. Later, he baptized 27 and confirmed an additional 12 members of the community in English, Spanish and Chinese.
