BRIGHTON BEACH — A new Cold War is emerging since Russian troops invaded Ukraine last month. The U.S. and Russia are exchanging tough rhetoric over the month-long war in Ukraine. 

And given the nuclear capability being developed by Iran and North Korea, a new cold war could look very different…
