Team Edmund once again participated in the annual Street Corner Gourmet on Wednesday, Nov. 23 in the school café. Administration, faculty, staff and students from St. Edmund Prep, Sheepshead Bay, gathered in the school cafeteria to prepare 250 pounds of stuffing, also known as the Stuffing from Heaven. On Thanksgiving Day, the stuffing was delivered to the streets of Morningside Drive as part of a larger Thanksgiving meal served to the needy of Harlem. Approximately 300 people, including 100 alumni, showed up to help make the stuffing. The moderators of the Street Corner Gourmet are Deacon Ron Rizzuto and Mark Amatrucola.
