Sister Margaret Mary Fearon, C.S.J., formerly Sister Mary Eunice, died on Sept. 17 at Maria Regina Residence in Brentwood, L.I.

She entered the congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1948 from St. Charles Borromeo parish in Brooklyn Heights, and she served in the following places in the Diocese of Brooklyn: Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Sunset Park (1951-53); St. Mary Mother of Jesus, Bensonhurst (1953-58); St. John the Evangelist, Park Slope (1958-59 and 1968-74); St. Francis Xavier, Park Slope (1959-62); the now-closed St. Ambrose (1962-63); St. Teresa of Avila, Prospect Heights (1963-68); Mary Queen of Heaven, Mill Basin (1974-75); and SS Joachim & Anne, Queens Village (1985-86).

She also served in schools on Long Island. She retired in 2010. Her funeral Mass was held in Maria Regina Chapel. Burial in Calvary Cemetery in Brentwood followed.
