The Bay Ridge Storefront Art Walk (SAW) seemed like something foreign to me at first. I wasn’t sure where to start once I was chosen for it. I hadn’t expected to get in!
For the first time since the Bay Ridge Storefront Art Walk (SAW) was created in 2010, it collaborated with Fontbonne Hall Academy to provide a young artist the opportunity to showcase her artwork during its annual interactive art walk along 5th Avenue.
Before I attended Xaverian High School in Bay Ridge, it was an all-boys school, but this school year, it became a co-ed school. I imagine this had been a huge adjustment for the boys who were already in my school, but us girls also had to adjust.
