Students from The Mary Louis Academy in Jamaica Estates received the Sacrament of Confirmation from Auxiliary Bishop Witold Mroziewski, May 21 at Holy Family Church in Fresh Meadows.

 

The girls, pictured from left to right, Anaya Laurent, Jenna Blanc, Nicole Lee, Tracy McGarry and Natalia Brillon, were part of the Sacrament Seekers program at TMLA.

The diocesan-wide program prepares students who are seeking to fulfill the sacraments through a yearlong program at each high school. Most students received Confirmation through this program, however some also received First Eucharist.

Students in the Brooklyn high schools were confirmed by Auxiliary Bishop James Massa at St. James Cathedral, Downtown Brooklyn.
