Eleanor Rossner, 104, died Feb. 8 in East Greenbush, N.Y., where she had been living. Born in Brooklyn, she was a member of St. Cecilia’s parish, Greenpoint, where she joined the choir in 1928, and sang there for 71 years.

John Sebastian Udoh, the brother of Father Michael Udoh, a priest of Uyo, Nigeria, who is the chaplain at St. John’s Cemetery, Middle Village, died Feb. 6. The funeral took place in Nigeria.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Msgr. John E. Mahoney, a retired priest of the diocese, was celebrated Feb. 23 in the chapel at the Immaculate Conception Center, Douglaston. He died Feb. 18 at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Flushing. He was 71.
