Too Much Big Government

Dear Editor: I heard a quote the other day. It went something like this (paraphrased): “The usual right wing, left wing division matters less than the division between the establishment and the rest of us.”

This is attributed to Rep. Dave Brat, a Congressman from Virginia. I think this guy has it right. Big business, big government and big news media sets a lot of the Americas agenda.

This group function as one when it comes to political control. All for one and one for all. This unholy, un-talked about group, (we can call them elitist if you like), have one goal, i.e., to protect and control, control, and control the power that will insure their interests.

They keep their cards close to their chests and do not let anybody they don’t control gain any leverage that my harm their feathered bed nests.

It is their interest first and America’s interest second and the American working peoples interest maybe?

I think this is why there is a anti-Trump Cabal.

I believe a CEO of General Motors once said, “What is good for General Motors is good for America.” I did not and I do not want anything to go bad for GM but that is putting the cart before the horse, so to speak.

I want America’s interest first.

So, please be careful and get out and vote.

  1. Thank you for stating what some refuse to believe, thinking that by supporting they too can become ‘a part of’. While, those who are in control will fight to the end to make sure “others” do not become a part of what they have carved out for self.
