Dear Editor: I was extremely dismayed when I read the article in The Tablet regarding Angel Guardian Home.

Sister Ann Heavey, R.S.M., 90, a member of the Sisters of Mercy for 67 years, died Feb. 5, at McAuley Hall Health Center in Watchung, N.J.

Sister Mona Gunkel, R.S.M., 89, a member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas Mid-Atlantic Community for 69 years, died on Aug. 30, at Maria Regina Residence, Brentwood, L.I.

Sister Charlotte McGrath, R.S.M.

Sister Charlotte McGrath, R.S.M., the oldest member of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas Mid-Atlantic Community, died May 5 at Maria Regina Residence, Brentwood, L.I. She was 103.

Mercy Sisters to Host 18th Annual Evening of Mercy

The Sisters of Mercy will hold their 18th annual Evening of Mercy at the Yale Club in Manhattan on Wednesday, May 10. Honorees include: Sister Theresa Agliardi, R.S.M., Greg Kelly of Good Day New York and Cody McCone.
