Swim Strong Event Teaches Water Safety

Three individual records were broken at the annual CYO girls’ swim Olympics, at the Eisenhower Park Aquatic Center; and the Cheerleading squad from Sacred Heart attended and won two medals at a Rockville Centre Diocese CYO competition at Holy Trinity H.S.

CYO Hosts First-Ever Cheerleading Showcase

The Catholic Youth Organization has begun developing a diocesan-wide cheerleading program and hosted its first-ever Diocese of Brooklyn Cheerleading Showcase Feb. 27 at Msgr. McClancy M.H.S., East Elmhurst.
