This summer, music could be heard through the halls of Ozanam Hall, Bayside, when the Youth Choir of Our Lady of Grace Church, Howard Beach, joined the parish’s Saturday evening music ministers, Rich and LauraLee D’Auria for a visit. The D’Aurias have been singing for many years at the nursing facility run by the Carmelite Sisters of the Aged and Infirm. During their visit, the youngsters had a chance to learn about the mission and history of the Carmelites as well as experience what it means to minister to others beyond the parish boundaries.
