After more than 30 years, the Golden Age Club of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Greenpoint, has disbanded due to declining participation. As a parting gift, club members donated $500 to St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Academy – and for that, they have earned this week’s Tip of the Tablet TALK Top Hat. Principal Christina Cieloszczyk, along with faculty and students, will miss seeing their senior friends and are grateful for their support and generosity.

New officers were installed at St. Anastasia Knights of Columbus Council No. 5911, Douglaston last month.
Auxiliary Bishop Octavio Cisneros joined Grand Knight Frederick Bedell Jr. and the members for the installation ceremony and congratulated all of the new officers.
