  1. I would like to get in touch with Sister Joan Deering, of the Sisters of Saint Joseph, honored in 2016. I read that she attended a special, private event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1971, and that at that time she was living in St. Albans, Queens. I would like to know how she happened to be invited to this event which was in celebration of The Design Works of Bedford Stuyvesant, the subject of a book I am developing. With her at the event was Sister Annelle Fitzpatrick.
    Thank you.

  2. My name is Sondra Palmet Randall. I am hoping to contact Sister Eileen McCabe who taught me
at St Teresa of Avila’s Girls School in Brooklyn
as Sister Monica Patrice in the early 1960s.
I would love to see her and just talk for a bit. She was always an inspiration.
    My email address is:
    Sista119@optonline.net.
    Thank you.
