Seven priests in the diocese are marking their 40th anniversaries as priests this year. The jubilarians, their assignments and their 1976 dates of ordination are:

May 1, Father Martin Kull, parochial vicar at St. Anselm’s, Bay Ridge.

May 8, Father Robert Vitaglione, pastor, Mary of Nazareth, Fort Greene.

May 10, Msgr. Joseph R. Rosa, retired pastor of Most Precious Blood, Bath Beach, now residing at Bishop Mugavero Residence, Douglaston.

May 20, Father Canon Andrzej Kurowski, S.A.C., pastor of St. Frances de Chantal, Borough Park.

June 2, Father Thomas Basquel, C.S.Sp., parochial vicar, St. Camillus-St. Virgilius, Rockaway Park and Broad Channel.

June 5, Msgr. Joseph P. Malagreca, pastor, Holy Cross, Flatbush.

Oct. 17, Father Jose Heriberto Guerra, parochial vicar, St. Joseph Co-Cathedral, Prospect Heights.
