  1. Hello Father Pezzullo,

This is Lenny Mendola. I wanted to get in touch with you. My mother, Julia Mendola passed away early this morning (3/8/2018). She always asked for you. I remember the many times you visited us on 22nd street in Brooklyn, blessed our house and kept us in your prayers. I also remember writing to your brother Ralph when he was at the seminary. I know my mother loved you and would be honored if you would keep her in your prayers. Congratulations on your long and dedicated service to your community. You truly are an inspiration to all of God’s people. With love, Lenny Mendola
