Pax Christi Metro New York (PCMNY)  invites Catholic high schools and parish youth ministers to nominate one person in the fall for the Young Peacebuilder Award. The award is named after and inspired by the peacebuilding work of the Maloof family. You can read their story as told by the teenage son, David at the Christian blog, Busted Halo.

The Maloof Family Young Peacebuilder will receive a $250 prize, along with a certificate. They will also award certificates to two additional young people.
