Celia Golden, 93, the mother of State Sen. Marty Golden, died June 15. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated June 18 at St. Anselm’s Church, Bay Ridge. 

A native of County Cavan, Ireland, she was a retired employee of Verizon.

Other immediate survivors include her other children Vincent, Donald, Patricia DeCarlo, Mary Golden, Eileen Golden, Barbara Crowley and Patrick.

 

Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio will celebrate Mass in memory of Eleanor Chadzutko, the mother of Dr. Thomas Chadzutko, diocesan superintendent of schools, on Saturday, June 21, at 10 a.m., in the chapel of The Chancery building at 310 Prospect Park West, Park Slope.

She died May 31 in North Carolina.
