The freshman class of 2022 at Christ the King H.S., Middle Village, were given new Chromebooks as part of the 1:1 device program within the Common Core State Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards.

“Our freshman, and subsequently the rest of the school, will phase into the world of Chromebooks which will be used in multiple areas of research, exploration and submission of assignments, as well as, new and challenging integration of technology into the curriculum,” said Principal Geri Martinez in a statement.

Students will be utilizing their devices with varied resources such as e-textbooks and resources provided by textbook publishers and G-Suite for Education.
