Gregory Goodman, a sophomore at Holy Cross H.S., Flushing, saved the life of a 14-year-old girl on a N.Y.C. bus by performing the Heimlich maneuver. He learned to perform this life-saving technique while in the Boy Scouts. Goodman attained first honors as a student at Holy Cross and was a member of the JV football team this past season.
