Dear Editor: The May 18th issue of The Tablet had some information about priests celebrating their anniversaries of ordination.

I was one of those marking 60 years of ministry. In listing places where I served, there was one omission that I would like to correct.

From 1986 to 1995, I had the privilege of being pastor of Our Lady Help of Christians parish in Midwood, Brooklyn. I look back on the many blessings and happy memories there.

I want the good people of OLHC to know that I remember them fondly and appreciate their prayers and good wishes. And thanks to The Tablet for coverage of the anniversaries of religious sisters, brothers and clergy, both religious and diocesan.
