I crave silence because it allows me to relax and helps me figure things out. After a hard day in school I usually want some silence in my life.

Yes, I seek out silence as often as possible. Living in the city, I hear noises all day and a break from them is never a bad thing to clear my mind.

I seek silence because it is nice to just clear my mind and gather my thoughts. It also allows me to have time to realize how lucky I am to have a supportive family and true friends in my life.

I seek silence when I am at home doing my homework. If it is not quiet, then I won’t be able to do my work.

I believe it is extremely important to seek silence for at least 15 minutes a day to reconnect with myself and reach a state of peace and tranquility.
