Deacon Emilio Arteaga, of St. Agatha parish, Sunset Park, passed away on April 10. He was 73.

Deacon Arteaga was born on August 29, 1946, and he was ordained to the permanent Diaconate on May 28, 2011, by Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Rosa Arteaga.
