Catholic Schools Week 2018

St. Saviour High School

A Tradition of Faith, Education, Sisterhood

Confidence. Leadership. Friendship. Enthusiasm. This is Saint Saviour High School.

When students first walk in the door of 588 Sixth Street, they are greeted by faculty and walk up the staircase to the next level – to their locker, their friends and their classes.

Some students may be in the physics lab perfecting their egg drop project while others are in the art room, working on their senior portfolios.

Do you hear music coming from the third floor? That’s the amazing Gospel Choir practicing. The library is always open; it is the perfect place to catch up on some work or look through yearbooks to read about how this high school has been educating young women since 1917.

Some students might be seen in their sports uniforms, preparing for a big game; with nine sports and two recent championships – Saint Saviour has a strong athletics program!

Students develop a love of learning at St. Saviour because classes – with a 16:1 student-teacher ratio – allow for a more tailored educational experience.

Saint Saviour has 12 AP classes, including AP Computer Science, which is now in its second year.

Did you know that Saint Saviour H.S. was one of the first high schools to have touchscreen Chromebooks? Did you know that the school has some unique faith-based classes like Life, Love and Theology of the Body, and Faith in the Media?

Four years of diligence and determination will pay off when college acceptances arrive, just ask the senior class. At Saint Saviour, young women make amazing friends, work with awesome teammates and are taught by some of the best faculty. Located right in the heart of Park Slope, Saint Saviour is close to subways, buses and is easy to find by car or bicycle.

Make sure to experience all of this and more at a Buddy Day! Parents may call 718-768-4406 ext. 10 to speak with Mrs. DiBenedetto so their daughters can be a part of the Panda Pride experience at Saint Saviour High School.
