The Alliance for Coney Island is once again presenting Flicks on the Beach, a free, outdoor film series in historic Coney Island where friends and families can watch their favorite movies right on the beach. Now in its seventh year, the Alliance for Coney Island is working in partnership with this year’s series presenting sponsor, Amazon Studios, to offer an entertaining line-up for moviegoers of any age.

The line up for the 2017 Flicks on the Beach, presented by Amazon Films, includes:

● July 17 – Gillian Robespierre’s “Landline” (special Amazon Studios sneak preview)

● July 24 – “Finding Dory”

● July 31 – “La La Land”

● Aug. 7 – “Get Out”

● Aug. 14 – “The Lego Batman Movie”

● Aug. 21 – Matt Ruskin’s “Crown Heights” (special Amazon Studios sneak preview)

● Aug. 28 – “Star Wars: Rogue One”

Screenings are held right on the beach at West 12th Street.
