Margaret Minson, Ed.D., who has spent more than 25 years in education, is receiving The Celtic Cross Award. Dr. Minson is the head of school at Bishop Kearney H.S., an all-girls Roman Catholic high school in Bensonhurst. She has served in the school’s leadership since 2014.
