A Mass of Christian Burial for Robert J. Watt was celebrated July 7 at St. Anselm’s Church, Bay Ridge.
A long-time member of the Cathedral Club of Brooklyn and the St. Patrick’s Society of Brooklyn, he was a 1975 graduate of St. Francis College, Brooklyn Heights, and a U.S. Army veteran.
He was past grand knight, Fourth Degree, Thomas Dongan Council of Knights of Columbus No. 1251; past commander of American Legion Bay Ridge Post No. 157; past president of the Bayforts Benevolent Associates; and a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Division No. 22.
He is survived by his sisters, Carolyn McBride and Susan Palazzo, and his brother, William.
Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Flatbush.
