The non-profit Reaching-Out Community Services honored District 20 Superintendent Karina Costantino with the Superintendent of the Year Award; J.L. HVAC Inc. President Charlie Losiriup with the Good Samaritan Award; and Tablet Newspaper’s Editor Emeritus Ed Wilkinson with the Editor of the Year Award.
