Italian Catholic television station, TeleMATER, is hosting a book signing event for Catholic Italian mother and writer, Costanza Miriano on Sept. 7. The book signing will begin at 7 p.m. in Our Lady of Pompeii Shrine Church, Demo Hall, Manhattan.

The author will present her book, “Marry Him and Be Submissive,” the first of a series of four already very well known in Europe. “Marry Him and Be Submissive” is her first book to be available in English for the American market.

This book, by the provocative title, has caught the attention of many and has sold over 70,000 copies in Italy alone.

It it written as a series of friendly letters in which Costanza Miriano explains how a woman juggling work, nail polish and children is the one who holds up everything, because as author says, “it’s the one who is below who holds up the world; below is the one who is most resilient.”
