Kolbe is a groundbreaking school. There are 35 high schools in the United States designed for students in recovery from substance abuse, according to the Association of Recovery Schools, but Kolbe is the first faith-based one.

Catholic Charities Rehab Center in New Jersey Knocked Down After Blaze
A building that houses a rehabilitation center run by Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Paterson (N.J.) was struck by a five-alarm fire on Aug. 24, and will be demolished, according to NorthJersey.com.
