Founded in 1991, SS. Joachim & Anne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliate of Catholic Charities, recognizes the difficulties of the aging population and is dedicated to providing compassionate quality care, focusing on the physical as well as the spiritual needs of its residents.
