The Msgr. King Basketball Tournament returned to the St. Thomas Aquinas Dec. 26-30. Named after Msgr. Jeremiah J. King – the parish pastor who oversaw the building of the gym – it was the first high school tournament played in a grammar school gym in the country.
The St. Thomas Aquinas, Flatlands, Sports Association presents the first annual “Giving Thanks” Basketball Classic to be held Nov. 29-30 in the parish’s Msgr. King Hall.
