CYO Boys’ Basketball Champs Crowned
The Catholic Youth Organization crowned this year’s boys’ basketball champions. Congratulations to all participating teams for another great season, and special congratulations to this year’s diocesan champs.
Christ the King Boys, Girls Win Hoops Championship
The girls’ varsity team beat Archbishop Molloy to capture their first GCHSAA N.Y. state title since 2010, and the boys outlasted Xaverian to win the CHSAA city championship.
CYO Hoops Spirit Alive at St. Stan’s
St. Stan’s has welcomed athletes from St. Thomas the Apostle, Woodhaven, whose CYO basketball program was disbanded in August of 2014 after a 50-year run.
