Congratulations to the Class of 2017 from The Catherine Laboure Special Education Program!
In celebration of Catherine Laboure Special Education School turning 50 years old, the school community welcomes all families of children with special needs to come visit the program, which is currently based in Canarsie.
This week’s Tablet TALK features the newest Brentwood Sister of St. Joseph, a new appointment for a Greenpoint priest, students raising breast cancer awareness and funds, and much, much more.
The annual Bishop DiMarzio Golf Classic held by DeSales Media Group raised $100,000 that was donated to the Catherine Laboure School for special education.

Catherine Laboure Special Education Program celebrated its 50th anniversary with students, past and present staff and alumni at the Bay Ridge Manor, April 3.
Carolers have been singing in the season and bringing Christmas cheer to the elderly residents of SS. Joachim and Anne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Coney Island.
Students, parents and teachers were filled with joy as 10 students graduated from Catherine Laboure Special Education Program at St. Frances Cabrini Church, Bensonhurst, June 18. As teachers said goodbye to the class of 2015, they were preparing for a change of location next fall.
