Sunlight streamed through the stained-glass windows of the Shrine Church of St. Jude, Canarsie, as Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio gathered with parishioners and clergy to celebrate the church’s Golden Jubilee Mass, last Sunday, Oct. 30.
