NASA to Conduct Experiments From Bishop Kearney Students
Members of the Science Club at Bishop Kearney H.S., Bensonhurst, received exciting news from NASA. All five of the experiments they had designed will be conducted by the space agency. The students sent the designs through the CELERE program.

Local Schools Net New Girls’ Lacrosse League
The number of local diocesan girls’ lacrosse teams increased three-fold. So far, the new league has provided a learning experience for the TMLA, St. Edmund Prep and Bishop Kearney teams to understand a new sport.
Youth Views: What is your favorite part of the week?
My favorite part of the week is Thursday afternoon because I tutor children who might be having difficulty in a certain subject. I like to make sure students are understanding their work so they have a bright future.
New Class Enshrined in Girls’ Hall of Fame
The GCHSAA of the Diocese of Brooklyn inducted a new 11-member class to its Hall of Fame April 21 at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach.
