Bishop Jeffrey Monforton has mixed feelings as he leaves the Diocese of Steubenville.

A native son of the Archdiocese of Detroit, Bishop Jeffrey M. Monforton of Steubenville, Ohio, will return home to serve as Detroit’s 32nd auxiliary bishop.
