The Lithuanian community of Annunciation Church, Williamsburg, recently celebrated its annual parish picnic with homemade Lithuanian food and music performed by a popular Lithuanian folk singer. Msgr. Joseph P. Calise, parish administrator, welcomed three special guests: Foreign Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Linas Linkevicius; Lithuania’s Ambassador to the U.N. Dalius Cekuolis; and the Consul General of Lithuania Valdemaras Sarapinas.
