EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: St. Agnes’ Chapter of Operation Smile, founder; Cross Country Team Captain; National Honor Society, president; Science Research Program through SUNY Albany, co-president; English, Social Studies, Math, Science and Spanish Honor Societies; Foreign Film Club; Movie Club; Veritas, school newspaper; Multi-Culture Club; Track Club; Teens for Life; SADD; altar server; and volunteer at New York Hospital-Queens, Hour Children, Little Sisters of the Poor, St. John the Baptist Convent, Purchase, N.Y.

STANDOUT MOMENT: In junior year, Sarah began a chapter of Operation Smile at St. Agnes. She was able to rally students and faculty to raise enough money for three surgeries for children in 2014 and four surgeries in 2015. She also attended an Operation Smile student leadership conference in Ireland in the summer of 2014
