Dear Editor: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says defunding Planned Parenthood, the abortion industry giant, will have to wait until 2017. A delay of 18 months means more than one million abortions will be performed during that time.
McConnell’s refusal to defund Planned Parenthood shows his role is to lead the Vichy branch of the Republican Party to fully cooperate with President Obama.
Christians don’t want to hear this nonsense. Obama is Planned Parenthood’s loudest cheerleader.

Couldn’t agree more. However as I have stated to many people, since us Catholics want to defund Planned Parenthood our position does not go far enough. Take the funds that were slated for PP and give them to Emergency Pregnancy Centers (EMCs) which provide help to expecting woman contemplating abortions. Most of these centers operate on a shoestring budget since they give to people in need not like PP who reaps hundreds of millions of dollars in profits from blood money from abortion.
