Dear Editor: Regarding the closing of Our Lady of the Angelus School: Another sad day for all Rego Park residents and I suspect the properties, especially the open field, will be purchased by overseas foreign money.

The whole neighborhood structure is alarmingly changed with each passing day. Single family row houses purchased in “consecutive” lot buyouts followed by six-seven story poorly constructed condominiums similar to what is occurring right across the street from Lady of the Angelus.

If you think parking is terrible now, just wait until this year.
