Every year, the scout troops from Our Lady of Czestochowa-St. Casimir, Sunset Park, are privileged to stand as the honor guard at the tomb of Jesus during Holy Week. Father Janusz Dymek, administrator, invited Girl Scout Troop “Three Crowns” and the Casimir Pulaski Boy Scout Troop 34 M.D.H. to participate in Good Friday liturgy as well as the blessing of the food on Holy Saturday. The scouts also took part in the Resurrection Procession early Sunday morning. The two groups are part of the Polish Scouting Organization.
