The Office of the Superintendent of Catholic Schools honored principals in Brooklyn and Queens during two end-of-the-year events.

Principals, who were celebrating anniversaries and/or changing ministries, were recognized at a dinner on May 31, and all principals participated in the St. John Neumann Principals’ Day of Prayer and Appreciation on May 24.

Additionally, Michael Pizzingrillo, deputy superintendent, who will be assuming the position of Superintendent of Schools in the Diocese of Albany, was recognized for his many years of service to schools in the Diocese of Brooklyn.
