Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Academy is nestled in the heart of Sunset Park – a part of a vibrant, rich multicultural community. Students and faculty come from various parts of the world, which makes the academy community extremely diverse.

The academy’s dedicated faculty and staff have a combined total of over 200 years teaching experience.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Academy is committed to providing students with all the tools and experiences they need to become active members of an ever-changing global society. Students understand the importance of serving others and are actively involved in monthly school service projects to help those in need.

A Roman Catholic school under the auspices of the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Academy endeavors to develop the gifts, talents and abilities within each individual by allowing them to explore their own uniqueness.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help is committed to the whole person. The academy strives to instruct students in the Catholic faith, instilling the Gospel values and provide a quality education that fosters the spiritual, moral and intellectual growth of each student so they may grow to meet their fullest potential.

It is the academy’s goal to graduate students who are living examples of their faith and who value the gift of a keen mind and curious intellect.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help exists to provide a Christ-centered education that will empower its students to become ethical, responsible, productive Catholic men and women. Through the integration of spirituality, prayerfulness and the practice of Catholic tradition, the faculty of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is dedicated to the moral, intellectual, social, and cultural development of students. The academy challenges students to strive for personal excellence and sends them forth to witness Jesus’ values in this ever-changing, multicultural society.
