Only in Print: Jesuit Priest Brings His Design Skills to Brooklyn | January 25, 2020

SUNSET PARK — For eight years, Father Terrence Curry’s, S.J., mission was in China, where he taught architecture at the prestigious Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Now his mission is here in Brooklyn, where he designs and builds custom-made furniture in Sunset Park’s Industry City. He set up shop there last July.

Father Curry said that his spiritual and worldly vocations have found perfect harmony in his passion for architecture and design, explaining that he finds a great sense of peace and meaning when he’s creating furniture…
