Letters to the Editor

More Prayers for Studies

Dear Editor: In April, I read in The Tablet an article by Farrah Connell about the patron saint of studying, St. Joseph of Cupertino. I told my grandson, Michael, about this saint’s life and how he helps those who pray to him. We prayed to St. Joseph of Cupertino for three months every night to help him pass his biology and algebra Regents.

Michael found out that he passed both tests. He is so happy, and he is thankful to St. Joseph of Cupertino and to our dear Lord, St. Jude, St. Anthony and Mother Mary for listening to his payers and helping him pass his tests.

He will always pray to St. Joseph of Cupertino for his wisdom and hopes that others will do so too. Michael says thank you to St. Joseph of Cupertino for his help, and so do I.
