Thirty-five students from the theatre arts department at Christ the King R.H.S., Middle Village, took a school trip to Hollywood, Calif. Above, the students are seen in front of 10 original segments of the Berlin Wall which have been on exhibit along Wilshire Blvd. since 2009. The six-day trip included visits to: Grumman’s Chinese Theatre, Santa Monica Pier, Universal, Sony and Warner Brothers studios, the Griffith Observatory, the Getty Museum, Madam Tussauds Wax Museum, a drama and makeup workshop, an “improv” comedy show, the Dolby Theatre, North Hollywood and the farmer’s market.
